A free, no-signup provider lookup for self-insured employers, HR risk managers, and in-house teams responsible for the medical side of workers' compensation claims.

Why employers use this directory

When an employee gets injured, the first 48 hours after the incident report drive the entire claim — both the cost and the outcome. The faster you get the injured worker to an appropriate provider, the faster they're triaged, treated, and on a path back to work. A 90-minute delay finding an MPN in-network occupational medicine clinic costs more than the treatment itself.

Common employer use cases:

• Building your post-injury provider panel. State law typically allows you to designate 4-6 providers per office location, displayed where the injured worker can see them at the time of injury. Use the occupational medicine hub + your city hub to find 4 qualified providers within a 15-minute drive of each work site.
• MPN access verification. Your carrier or TPA designates an MPN. Verify it actually has enough providers in your highest-risk specialties — orthopedic surgery, physical therapy, occupational medicine — at every state where you have meaningful headcount. Filter by network + state to see the provider count.
• Returning-to-work coordination. Find modified-duty-friendly providers near each work site. Listings with PM&R and physical therapy specialties tend to handle RTW recommendations well.
• Multi-state risk teams. Cross-state employers can run the same filter against every state where they have headcount and surface the provider gaps before a claim forces you to scramble.

What this directory is not

We're not a carrier, MPN administrator, or TPA. We don't underwrite, authorize treatment, or take a cut of medical spend. The directory is free to search, free to email, and stays that way.

If you're trying to build a formal MPN of your own, this directory is a starting point for recruiting providers — it's not a replacement for the licensing, credentialing, and DWC filing process your state requires.

How provider listings get added

Listings come from three sources: public state licensing boards (every state), the DWC's published MPN provider rosters (where the carrier publishes one), and direct provider submissions through the listing intake form. Our editorial team re-checks state-board data quarterly and any provider who hasn't been verified within 6 months gets flagged on the public card. See the methodology page for the full process.
