You can filter the entire 5,300+ provider index by state, specialty, MPN affiliation, and city. Every listing shows the practice address, phone, accepted networks, and whether the provider has confirmed they're accepting new workers' compensation patients. There's no login wall and no member-services queue.
Common adjuster use cases:
It's not a managed-care vendor or a UR firm. We don't authorize treatment, run an MPN, or collect referral fees. The provider listings come from public sources (DWC MPN rosters, state licensing boards, voluntary provider submissions), checked quarterly against the state-board databases — see our methodology.
We don't sell adjuster contact information to providers or marketers. The directory is free for searchers and stays that way.
Listings can go stale — providers retire, practices move, networks rotate. If you call a number and it's disconnected, or if a provider's office tells you they no longer take WC, email support@workinjuryproviders.com with the provider name + the issue. We re-verify within 2 business days and update the listing.
For data partnerships (carrier-level provider rosters, MPN updates, etc.), same email — we work with self-insured employers, TPAs, and MPN administrators who want their network reflected accurately in a public directory.
